Where are you located?
I’m just a little bit north of the Twin Cities, in Minnesota, USA.
When do you send out orders?
As of right now, due to COVID, I am sending orders once a week, on Mondays. You’ll get an e-mail notification when your order ships.
What is your refund policy?
All my items are final sale and non-refundable. Please read the descriptions of the items before purchasing!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! But please be aware that shipping times may be very delayed because of COVID on international packages.
What if my items arrive broken or damaged?
Unfortunately, once I ship things off, they are out of my hands. I do my best to package orders in a way that assures that they arrive at their destination safely (stiff backing boards, plastic sleeves on prints to prevent water damage), but once I give them off to USPS, it’s in their hands, not mine. If you feel the damage done to your item was not done during transit, please send me an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get it sorted.

When will your commissions open back up?
The short answer is: I have no idea. I’m really busy, and with COVID, making things has been extra difficult lately. You can certainly send me an e-mail with your interest in a commission and I can get back to you when they open back up, but I absolutely could not tell you when that is. My commissions have been closed for almost two years now, so I wouldn’t count on me for anything!
I saw a piece on your instagram/twitter that I want a print of, but I don’t see it in the shop, how can I get a print of it?
I unfortunately do not do prints upon request, as I have a service I use to make my prints for me. You can certainly request it, and if I get enough requests, I may put it in the shop!
